Sky bed: Multiple exhibits.

SkyBed - Travelling land art performance,

Performed in Leeds city centre (September 2022 and February 2023), New Delhi (December 2022), Birmingham (February 2023)

Skybed is an installation of collaged photographs of the sky taken over 2015-2022, Inspired by the wish to see the sky when I die. This piece forms a montage of personal documentary photos cropped so only the sky shows. Linking memories into one whole under the same sky. The piece has been exhibited on grass and hills in outdoor areas for the audience to come and lay down on the skies looking at their sky whilst being led through the piece with performative poetry, spoken work and music by myself and guest collaborators (Noah Dean, Thomas Hzh and Elsa Poland).

The piece was made of 116 photos of my life from all over the world, new years eve, Camping, birthdays, moments with long not seen best friends and with partners, in my parents homes by the sea. All moments in which we live collectively the sky sees them all for all of us it is a beautiful memory holder its always there.
